About Neil

Neil Lindquist built his legal path through courtroom work and private practice. He operates his own firm and has spent time inside larger firms and federal courthouses. The arc of his career shows steady movement from training roles to a principal position running a small practice.

He earned his undergraduate degree at Boston College, where he studied corporate systems and completed a B.A. He later attended Suffolk University Law School and received his J.D. in 2016. Those years included practical placements that exposed him to litigation and courtroom procedure early on.

While in law school and shortly after, Lindquist took on a series of internships and clerkships. In 2014 he served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He worked as a legal intern at Hedges and Tumposky, LLP in 2015. These roles gave him a window into both judicial decision-making and day-to-day law practice.

After graduation he joined Perkins Coie LLP as a review lawyer in 2017. That position placed him within a larger firm environment, handling document review and supporting litigation teams. The following year he launched his own practice. In 2018 he became the principal lawyer of The Law Office of Neil T. Lindquist. Since then he has managed the business side of a small firm while handling client matters and case strategy.

Lindquist is admitted to practice in Washington and is also admitted to the Ninth Circuit. Those admissions allow him to handle matters arising in state courts and certain federal matters that reach the circuit level. He has experience navigating procedural requirements for federal filings and addressing litigation tasks that range from discovery to motion practice.

He maintains an office at 12000 129th Ln NE Ste P400. The office serves as the base for his practice and client meetings. He continues to handle litigation-related work and related legal services in Washington and before the Ninth Circuit.

He focuses his practice on matters in Washington and proceedings before the Ninth Circuit.
