About Neil
Neil Braslow built his legal foundation in Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2009. He went on to attend the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and received his J.D. in 2012.
After law school he entered private practice. In 2016 he joined Walters Law Group as an associate. There he learned the rhythms of firm life and the work of representing clients across a variety of matters. The role allowed him to handle casework, courtroom preparation and client communication in a busy office setting.
Three years later he moved into firm leadership. In 2019 he took on the title of managing partner at Braslow Legal. That position expanded his responsibilities beyond individual cases. He oversaw day-to-day operations, managed client intake and helped shape the firm’s approach to case management. The change put him in a role that balanced practice with administration.
Braslow is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Florida. He has worked on matters that required coordination across state lines and has represented clients in forums in both jurisdictions. His experience includes handling client advocacy, drafting pleadings and participating in negotiations. He tends to combine pragmatic problem solving with the procedural work the courts require.
Colleagues describe him as practical and steady in litigation settings. He keeps close attention to procedural detail and to deadlines. He approaches client matters with straightforward communication, explaining options and likely outcomes. Those habits guide how he runs the office and how he delegates work to junior lawyers and staff.
Today he serves as managing partner at Braslow Legal. His practice continues to cover matters in New Jersey and Florida, and he remains active in client representation and firm management.
