About Nazarena Ocon
Nazarena Ocon Hauser is a Florida attorney whose career traces a steady path from public-interest work to private practice. She holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. Her training combined classroom study with hands-on legal placements that shaped her early years at the bar.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminology, psychology and philosophy at the University of Miami in 2004. After several years of study and practical experience, she completed her law degree at Nova Southeastern University in 2011. Those academic programs exposed her to criminal justice issues and ethical questions that she later encountered in court and at legal aid clinics.
Hauser began her post-law school career in public-interest settings. In 2009 she served as a fellow at Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida, where she worked on matters affecting low-income clients. The following year she took a law clerk position at Glover Dichter, P.L., gaining exposure to firm-based practice and research. In 2011 she joined the Office of the State Lawyer for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit as an assistant state lawyer, an early role that put her inside the local court system and required frequent courtroom appearances and legal drafting.
Her move to private practice came in 2014 when she joined Solaris Law Group, P.A. as an associate lawyer. At Solaris she continued to represent clients in matters that required litigation skills, client counseling and procedural familiarity in Florida courts. Colleagues describe her work as steady and practical; she is known for preparing thorough court filings and adapting to the demands of different dockets.
Throughout her career Hauser has combined experience from nonprofit, government and private settings. That mix gives her a broad view of how legal problems unfold and what clients need at various stages of a case. She has handled legal research, client interviews, motion practice and courtroom appearances, and she has remained based in Florida throughout her career.
As of 2026 she is an attorney at Solaris Law Group, P.A., practicing in Florida state courts and focused on representing clients in a range of legal matters. Her current practice centers on client representation and litigation work in Florida.
