About Nathan

Over the final 18 years, Mr. Miller has regarded on behalf of clients in over half of of Kentucky’s one hundred twenty counties. The decision to not restrict his practice to at least one geographical region has given him a unique attitude and appreciation for the various local nuances that incorporate the Commonwealth’s crook justice system. Born and raised in eastern Kentucky, he received his undergraduate degree in biology/chemistry at Georgetown College and attended law college on the University of Louisville.
Before operating as a public defender in Pineville and Morehead, he became a workforce lawyer at the Transportation Cabinet’s Department of Highways for 3 years. He spent another three years on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. crafting managed substance and DUI legislation on the local, state and federal degrees. In 2013, he became an authorized practitioner of Standardized Field Sobriety Testing in Irvine, CA, and in 2016 attended the National Forensic College at Cardozo Law School in NYC.
