About Nathan

Nathan Maus earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2013. He completed a demanding program that emphasized practical skills and courtroom procedure. Those years in law school shaped how he approaches client work: carefully, methodically and with attention to detail.

After law school, he moved into private practice. Over time he developed the practical skills needed to manage cases from intake through resolution. He represents individuals who have suffered harm in accidents and handles the everyday mechanics of claim investigation, evidence gathering and negotiation. He has experience guiding clients through medical-record review, identifying liable parties and crafting demands for compensation.

His work blends client advocacy and case management. He spends time listening to clients and mapping out the legal options available. He explains the risks and likely timelines for each path. When cases proceed toward settlement, he negotiates on behalf of clients; when they require further action, he prepares filings and works with experts to support claims. He approaches each case with a straightforward style that prioritizes clear communication.

Outside the office, he maintains connections to the legal community and stays current on developments in civil litigation practice. He retains an interest in procedural developments and evidence issues that commonly arise in injury claims. That attention helps him evaluate incoming cases quickly and position them for resolution.

Colleagues describe him as methodical and steady in his work. Clients often cite his willingness to answer questions and explain complex matters in plain terms. He balances the practical realities of litigation against the needs of people who are coping with recovery, lost wages and daily disruption.

He is currently an attorney at TSR Injury Law. There he continues to represent individuals in personal injury matters, handling claims arising from accidents and other incidents that cause physical harm. He focuses his current practice on obtaining compensation for clients harmed in such events.
