About Nathan Daniel
Nathan Daniel Whittenburg took his legal training at Emory University School of Law. He finished his studies there and entered practice in Georgia. The law school’s curriculum and Atlanta’s legal community helped shape his early approach to civil litigation.
Soon after law school he established the Atlanta Personal Injury Law Office. He launched the firm to represent people hurt in accidents and to handle their claims from intake through resolution. Over time the office became a place for clients to bring personal injury matters and for him to handle both negotiations and court work.
Whittenburg is licensed to practice in Georgia and works in the state’s civil courts. He prepares cases for filing, manages discovery, negotiates with insurers and opposing counsel, and pursues trial when necessary. His practice involves the typical tasks of personal injury representation: assessing damages, developing legal strategies, and advancing claims toward settlement or judgment.
