About Natalie

Natalie Barletta earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Houston in 2003 and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2007. She moved from classroom theory to courtroom practice over the course of that decade. The shift set a clear path: law, public service and dispute resolution.

Her first legal role after law school was a clerkship at the 14th Court of Appeals in 2007. That year in a courthouse provided front-row exposure to appellate procedure and legal drafting. It also shaped how she approaches cases now: attention to record, insistence on clarity, and an awareness of how trial work can be reviewed on appeal.

Barletta is licensed in more than one forum. She practices in Ohio and Texas, and she is admitted to appear in the United States Court of Appeals for both the Fifth and Sixth Circuits. Those admissions allow her to handle matters that move beyond state trial courts and into the federal appellate systems serving the region.

Alongside courtroom work, Barletta pursued formal training in mediation. She is a credentialed mediator in civil and family law through Manousso Mediation. That credential reflects hours spent learning negotiation techniques, private dispute settlement processes and the special considerations that family matters require. In mediation she plays the neutral role required by the process; when she represents a party she applies the same emphasis on practical solutions.

Her community involvement includes service on the board of directors for The Way, Truth & Life Outreach. That role places her in a governance position for a nonprofit organization, where legal knowledge often intersects with organizational strategy and compliance.

Barletta practices at Barletta & Faraclas Law, PLLC. Her background combines appellate experience, courtroom practice and mediator training. She draws on each of those strands when advising clients, whether the task is settlement negotiation, courtroom advocacy or preparing for an appeal. She currently practices at Barletta & Faraclas Law, PLLC, where her work focuses on civil and family mediation and related litigation.
