About Natalia

Natalia Gove is an immigration attorney based in Florida who has built a practice around both casework and professional service inside the bar. She began public-facing legal work as a judicial extern at the Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review at the Orlando Immigration Court. That early exposure to courtroom procedure and agency practice shaped the way she approaches client matters and committee work.

Her involvement in local and national organizations is extensive. She serves as chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Immigration Committee and has co-chaired the Naturalization Ceremony effort for the Bar’s Law Week Committee. On a national level she has co-chaired the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Practice Management Committee. She also holds membership in the District Export Council Central and North Florida, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association.

These roles have kept her inside the practical side of immigration law and the mechanics of running a practice. As co-chair of a practice management committee, she has helped other attorneys address billing, intake, staffing and technology matters that affect how immigration cases are handled day to day. Her committee work on naturalization ceremonies connects the courtroom work to the citizenship outcomes that matter most to individual clients.

Gove is also a Florida notary public, a small but useful credential for clients who need sworn documents and remote notarizations tied to immigration filings. Her background in immigration court work and continued bar leadership give her a steady presence in Orlando-area professional circles.

Colleagues describe her contributions to bar committees and to AILA programming as practical and hands-on. She tends to take tasks that require detailed coordination and see them through, whether organizing a naturalization ceremony or working on practice management resources for other attorneys. That practical bent carries over to client work, where filings, deadlines and interviews require precise preparation and clear next steps.

She maintains an office through the Florida In-House Counsel Law Group and divides time between client matters and professional association responsibilities. She advises individuals and organizations on naturalization, immigration procedure, and in-house counsel matters.
