About Nancy

Nancy Vo built a path to the law from Southern California classrooms to a Bay Area practice. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, San Diego, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Public Law in 2012. She went on to earn her J.D. from Whittier Law School in 2016.

Her legal education came during a period of steady change in the profession. At UC San Diego she studied the intersection of politics and law. Law school sharpened her understanding of procedure, statutory interpretation and client advocacy. The record shows a traditional progression from undergraduate study to law degree, followed by entrance into practice in California.

Vo is licensed to practice in California. She has worked in private practice since completing her degree. Over time she has taken on a variety of matters typical of state practitioners, counseling clients and appearing in state forums as required. Her experience reflects day-to-day responsibilities that lawyers face: advising clients, preparing pleadings and managing case workflows.

She is associated with Wilner & O Reilly APLC. At the firm she works alongside colleagues on client matters and contributes to the office’s caseload. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in approach and attentive to procedural detail. She maintains memberships in professional organizations and participates in the local legal community.

Outside the office she has kept ties to academic and community interests that informed her studies at UC San Diego. Her background in political science continues to inform how she frames issues and assesses legal questions. She favors clear explanations that help clients make informed choices.

As an attorney practicing in California, Vo handles matters brought in state courts and provides counsel to individuals and businesses on issues arising under state law. Her present practice is centered at Wilner & O Reilly APLC, where she concentrates on client representation and procedural advocacy in California state matters.
