About Nadja Araly

Nadja Araly Prias earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2004, after beginning her legal studies in 2002. Her time in law school coincided with a period of expanding legal education in South Florida, and she completed the degree required to enter practice in the state.

After law school, Prias built her practice in Florida. She is authorized to practice in that jurisdiction. By 2009 she had become a partner at Casais & Prias, a role she continues to hold through the firm now known as Casais and Prias PLLC. That partnership followed several years working on matters that brought her into regular contact with both courtroom work and client counseling.

Colleagues describe Prias as steady and pragmatic in handling client issues. She has balanced litigation responsibilities with the demands of running a firm. Becoming a partner in 2009 marked a shift toward leadership and case oversight. In that role Prias handled staffing decisions, case strategy and client intake, while keeping a caseload of her own.

Prias maintains current memberships in professional associations. She participates in local legal circles and engages with peers on practice issues. Her work has unfolded entirely within Florida, and her practice reflects an understanding of state procedures and local courts.

Her courtroom experience and practice management responsibilities have shaped how she approaches client work. Prias emphasizes clear communication, preparing matters thoroughly and setting realistic expectations. She works directly with clients and supervises associates and staff to keep matters moving.

Prias's office is Casais and Prias PLLC, where she has practiced for many years. She continues to serve clients across Florida, handling matters that arise under state law. Her current practice focuses on representing clients in matters in Florida-state courts and other state-level proceedings.
