About Nadia Leah
Nadia Leah Pazos built a legal practice from the ground up. She balances the administrative demands of running a multi-office firm with the day-to-day work of representing clients. The result is a practice that is both local and regional in reach.
Pazos's academic path began at Andover High School, from which she graduated in 1997. She then attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, earning a B.A. in Philosophy in 2001. She completed her legal education at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, receiving a J.D. in 2004.
Her early legal career took shape in the years after law school. By 2005 she was practicing as a lawyer. She holds admissions in both New York and Florida, which has shaped how she handles matters that cross state lines. Over time she added management responsibilities to her professional duties.
In 2013 she became managing partner of Pazos Law Group, P.A. Under her oversight the firm established offices across South Florida, including locations in Coral Gables, Weston, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. She has guided day-to-day operations and helped maintain client services across those offices. The firm’s structure reflects a practice that serves clients in several communities rather than a single neighborhood.
Pazos is active in local and national legal organizations. She has been Vice President of the Weston Bar Association since 2016. She is a member of National Advocates, a membership she obtained in 2015, and she has belonged to the Broward County Bar Association since 2011. Those roles have connected her to colleagues and peers across professional networks.
Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in court and precise in counsel. She balances courtroom preparation with the practical needs of running a small firm. In recent years she has focused on maintaining accessible office locations and steady client contact. She continues to practice law in Florida and New York from offices in Coral Gables, Weston, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale.
