Mr. Moskovitz earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 1964. During his time at Boalt Hall, he was a member of the Law Review and received the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 1960.
Mr. Moskovitz concentrates his practice in appellate law, handling civil appeals in both state and federal courts. He has also served as a Professor of Law Emeritus at Golden Gate University, where he taught Constitutional Law and Advanced Appellate Advocacy from 1972 to 2014.
