About Myndee M

Myndee M Lee earned her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2001. She completed her legal education after beginning law school in 1998. Those years at Washburn remain an anchor of her professional formation, shaping how she approaches legal research and argument.

Lee has long been connected to the Kansas legal community. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, a relationship the records show began in 2001 and continues today. Since 2015 she has also held membership in the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City, joining a network of local practitioners and continuing legal education programs that address issues facing women in the profession.

Her admissions include the State of Kansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. That combination has allowed her to work on matters arising in state trial courts and on appeals at the federal appellate level. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing briefs and pragmatic when advising clients on procedural choices.

Lee’s career path has been steady rather than flashy. After completing law school she began practicing in Kansas and maintained an active presence in local bar activities. Over time she built a practice that regularly handles litigation tasks that arise in state-court dockets and appeals that escalate to the Tenth Circuit. She is comfortable in both trial and appellate settings and places emphasis on clarity in written work.

At the local level she has engaged with professional groups that provide mentoring and programming. Her long-standing membership in the Kansas Bar Association and her role in the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City reflect an interest in the profession’s civic and collegial aspects. Those memberships have tied her to continuing education offerings and local bar initiatives.

Today Lee practices at Lee Law LLC. She runs a firm that serves clients in Kansas and handles matters that proceed through the state courts and, when necessary, to the Tenth Circuit. Her practice centers on representing clients in those forums and on managing the litigation tasks that arise along the way.
