Ms. Lee Patrice Dunham earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2000 after completing a B.A. in English and French at Washington & Lee University in 1996. Her first courtroom-adjacent role came in 2003, when she served as a law clerk to the Virginia Beach Circuit Court. The position put her inside daily court operations. In 2004 she joined Blue Ridge Legal Services as a lawyer. Blue Ridge Legal Services is a legal services organization that provides civil assistance in the region. That work added client counseling and case-management experience to her resume.
