About Mr. William L. Henry
Mr. William L. Henry IV builds his practice on a steady legal foundation. He earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2003 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Management at Norwich University in 1996. His education gave him grounding in both the analytical and practical aspects of law.
He began his legal career in private practice and joined Pratt Law Group as an associate lawyer in 2006. Two years later he became a partner at Robinson & Henry, P.C., a role he has held since 2008. Those early years in associate and partner roles shaped his approach to client work and case management.
He is admitted to practice in several jurisdictions, including the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court, as well as in Colorado, New Jersey and Virginia. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Douglas County Bar Association. Those admissions and memberships enable courtroom appearances across federal and tax venues, and they keep him connected to developments in state and federal practice.
At Robinson & Henry, P.C., he is based across multiple offices, including Highlands Ranch, Colorado Springs, Denver and Castle Rock. He has been part of the firm leadership since becoming partner, taking on responsibilities that range from supervising case teams to advising clients on procedural and jurisdictional matters. Colleagues describe him as methodical in approach and steady under pressure. He has worked on matters that require coordination among state and federal forums, and on cases that intersect with tax procedure because of his admission to the U.S. Tax Court.
Over time his practice has emphasized courtroom preparedness and procedural strategy. He manages matters that require appeals-level work in the Tenth Circuit and practice before specialized federal tribunals. He continues to maintain active memberships in professional associations that support legal education and peer review. He currently practices at Robinson & Henry, P.C., working out of the firm’s Highlands Ranch, Colorado Springs, Denver and Castle Rock offices, and his current practice focuses on matters involving federal, tax and state court procedures.
