About Mr. Shannon John
Mr. Shannon John Fabian earned his J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School. He completed the program and moved into practice in Arizona, where he has built his legal career since finishing law school. The law degree provided the foundation for work in both courtroom and office settings.
Fabian’s early years in practice are less public than his current role. Over time he took on greater responsibility and stepped into firm leadership. He is now the managing lawyer at Fabian Law, PLLC. In that role he oversees day-to-day operations, case planning and client intake. He runs offices in Scottsdale and Phoenix, balancing administrative duties with case work.
His approach to legal work is practical. He handles both client advising and advocacy. That includes preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and representing clients during hearings. He also manages the business side of a small firm, supervising staff and setting practice priorities. He maintains membership in professional associations, staying connected to peers and local legal developments.
Fabian’s presence in the Arizona legal community is centered on his two offices. The Scottsdale and Phoenix locations serve as bases for consultations and court preparations. He works on matters arising under Arizona law and represents clients in state venues. His practice blends front-line client work and the responsibilities of running a boutique firm. He continues to accept new matters through Fabian Law, PLLC and practices in Arizona from the Scottsdale and Phoenix offices, handling a range of legal matters for individuals and businesses.
