About Mr. Phillip D.
Mr. Phillip D. Wheeler built a path to law that began with an undergraduate degree in psychology and ended in private practice. He earned a B.A. from the University of California, Davis in 1994 and returned to school to complete his J.D. at Concord University School of Law in 2004.
