Mr. McMahan's legal practice encompasses a diverse range of areas, including bankruptcy, business law, communications and internet law, as well as government and administrative law. In 1994, Mr. McMahan earned his Bachelor of Arts in News Communication from the University of Oklahoma. He furthered his education by obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1996. Following his graduation, he was admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar in 1997 and later to the Texas State Bar in 2002. His qualifications extend to several federal courts, including the U.S.
District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma and Texas.
