About Mr Mark
Mr Mark Litwak earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 1974. He entered the California legal community at a time of change. The mid-1970s presented new legal challenges and he began building a practice in that environment.
Over the next decade he established himself in private practice. In 1986 he became principal of the Law Offices of Mark Litwak & Associates, a firm he has led since then. That role placed him at the center of case strategy, client counseling and firm management. He runs a small firm that handles discrete matters across the state.
His career record includes an affiliation with the USC Gould School of Law. That experience connected him to legal scholarship and to law students who were entering practice. He has balanced practice responsibilities with occasional academic involvement when schedules permitted.
Litwak has worked in California courts for more than five decades. The span of years gives him long-term perspective on how state practice has evolved. He handled changing procedural rules, shifts in case law and developments in courtroom procedure. Over time his work has required adapting to new legal landscapes while maintaining steady client representation.

Now in the later stage of a long career, he continues to practice law in California from his firm premises. He accepts client matters in the state courts and manages his practice operations as principal of Law Offices of Mark Litwak & Associates.
