About Mr. Kevin V. Rogers
Mr. Kevin V. Rogers Jr. trained as a student of ideas and institutions. He earned a B.A. in political science and philosophy from Washington & Jefferson College in 1999. He then completed his J.D. at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2003, where his studies emphasized litigation and constitutional law.
His legal career began in public service. In 2004 he worked as a law clerk for the Michigan Public Service Commission, a role that exposed him to regulatory proceedings and administrative law.
