About Mr. Jonathan P.

Mr. Jonathan P. Groth is a Wisconsin attorney who built his practice around personal injury law and client representation. He went to the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, earning a degree in political science in 1993. He then obtained his J.D. from Marquette University in 1997 and entered the legal field with an academic and practical grounding.

After law school, Groth’s path took him into private practice. In 2003 he joined Pitman, Kyle & Sicula, s.c., where he worked as a lawyer and gained exposure to litigation and client counseling. That role helped him refine the practical skills needed for trial work and the day-to-day demands of representing people who had suffered injuries.

Groth also spent time in the classroom. In 2008 he served as an adjunct professor at Cardinal Stritch University. During that period he combined teaching with active practice. The teaching role added another way to apply legal knowledge and to explain legal concepts clearly to students and clients alike.

In 2010 he founded Groth Law Office, S.C., and has been the firm’s owner since then. He focuses his practice on personal injury matters and represents clients in a range of injury claims. He works with clients through the entire process, from initial intake and investigation to negotiation and, when necessary, litigation. He handles medical records, interacts with insurers, and pursues damages on behalf of people who have suffered harm.

Colleagues and clients describe him as practical and direct. He emphasizes clear communication about case progress, potential outcomes, and the procedural steps a case may take. He prepares cases for settlement and for court, and he manages the paperwork and deadlines that accompany personal injury litigation.

Groth’s career shows a mixture of academic involvement and hands-on practice. He has moved from association at an established firm to running his own office. That progression reflects a steady accumulation of case work and firm management responsibilities. He remains licensed to practice in Wisconsin and continues to accept personal injury matters through his firm.

He continues to practice at Groth Law Office, S.C., representing clients in personal injury matters.
