Mr. Frank P. Pipitone is an attorney admitted in Montana, the Second Circuit and New York. He has spent more than two decades in the law, moving from an associate role into firm leadership. The law degree positioned him for courtroom work and practice management in the years that followed.
Pipitone began his post-law school career as an associate at Blutter & Blutter in 2005. There he handled litigation and transactional matters for a range of clients. The role offered regular courtroom exposure and client counseling responsibilities. Those early years sharpened his drafting and advocacy skills and gave him experience managing case loads.
In 2009 he took on the role of managing partner at Pipitone Law. As managing partner he shifted from staff work to leadership. He oversees day-to-day operations and directs case strategy. He also manages client intake and supervises associates and support staff. The move to firm leadership broadened his responsibilities beyond individual cases.
He maintains admission in multiple jurisdictions, including the state courts of New York and Montana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. That licensing allows him to handle litigation and appeals across several courts. He frames legal problems in practical terms and seeks clear paths to resolution.
Today he practices at Pipitone Law. He continues to handle matters in the jurisdictions where he is admitted and to manage the firm's operations. He currently practices at Pipitone Law, handling matters in New York, Montana and the Second Circuit.
