About Mr. Frank M
Mr. Frank M Bogulski trained first as a labor and industrial relations student at Cornell University, where he earned a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations. He went on to study law at SUNY Buffalo Law School, finishing his legal education in 1998. He is admitted to practice in New York and built his practice on that foundation.
He launched his own practice in 2002 under the name Frank Bogulski, Esq., Lawyer At Law. He handles client matters through a small, locally based office. Over the years he has kept the practice compact and practical. He manages filings, client meetings and courtroom work himself, and he has handled a range of matters that come through a community law office.
Since 2003 he has held memberships in several professional groups. He is an associate member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Defender’s Association. He also belongs to the Erie County Bar Association as an associate member. Those memberships have kept him connected to peers and to continuing legal education opportunities across the state.
He maintains a Hamburg office where he meets clients and conducts consultations. The office anchors his practice in the western New York region. He has worked in local courts and engaged with county-level legal processes while serving the needs of people in the area.
His undergraduate training in industrial and labor relations gives him a perspective on workplace and employment issues that can arise in criminal and civil matters. He draws on that background when those issues intersect with client cases. He places emphasis on clear communication with clients about procedure, timelines and options. Courtroom work and client counseling occupy much of his schedule.
Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic in handling cases. He keeps his practice focused and directly involved in day-to-day legal work rather than building a large firm infrastructure. He continues to participate in bar association events and defender association activities to stay current on developments in state law. He concentrates his practice on criminal defense and related litigation.
