About Mr. David R.
Mr. David R. Badger built his legal foundation at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in English, History and Political Science in 1969, then stayed at Chapel Hill for his law degree, earning a J.D. in 1972.
