About Mr Brian Hiroshi

Brian Hiroshi Nomi is a dedicated civil litigation attorney based in Camarillo, California. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1986. This foundational education laid the groundwork for his legal career. Subsequently, he pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1993. While at Minnesota, he distinguished himself as an Associate Editor for the Minnesota Law Review and was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif, a recognition awarded to top law graduates. After completing his law degree, Mr. Nomi gained inexperience by clerking for the Honorable Andrew J. Kleinfeld of the U.S.

Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 1993 to 1994. This clerkship provided him with insights into appellate law and judicial decision-making. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1993, followed by his admission to the California State Bar in 1999. Mr. Nomi is actively involved in the Ventura County legal community. He serves as President of the Ventura County Asian American Bar Association and is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association. His community engagement extends to serving on the board of the Ventura County Chinese American Association and the Japanese American Bar Association.
