Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1983, Apsan has dedicated over four decades to the practice of law.

Furthermore, Apsan has the privilege of representing clients before various federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Eastern District of New York, and Southern District of New York. In 1997, Apsan took on a leadership role as the President of the Federal Bar Association, New Jersey Chapter.
