About Morgan E.
Morgan E. Stacy completed her undergraduate degree at Presbyterian College, earning a B.A. in 2020. She went on to law school at Elon University School of Law and received her J.D. in 2022. Those years of study gave her a foundation in legal research, writing and courtroom procedure, elements that have shaped how she approaches the work she now does for clients.
After graduating from law school in 2022, Stacy entered practice in North Carolina. She is licensed to practice in the state and began building practical experience handling matters that arise in state courts and administrative settings. Early in her career she encountered a broad docket, which provided exposure to the procedural and substantive variety that characterizes many state-level practices.
Stacy's day-to-day work blends client counseling, drafting of pleadings and motions, and courtroom appearances when cases proceed to trial. She has handled filings, negotiated resolutions and prepared cases for hearings. Colleagues and opposing counsel note that she approaches each matter with a clear emphasis on preparedness and straightforward advocacy. She has also worked on brief writing and legal memoranda, tasks that draw on the research skills emphasized in her law school training.
Her practice has required attention to procedural detail. That has included calendaring deadlines, managing discovery schedules and coordinating with experts when matters demand technical input. She places value on clear communication with clients. Clients receive explanations about process and potential outcomes, and Stacy aims to equip them to make informed decisions during each stage of a case.
Stacy joined King Law Offices, PC, where she continues to represent individuals and organizations in North Carolina. At the firm, she collaborates on cases and contributes to the legal work that the office handles across its practice areas. She is part of the team that prepares filings, develops case strategy and appears in court when necessary. Her current practice focuses on representing clients in matters arising in North Carolina through her work at King Law Offices, PC.
