About Moonee
Moonee Lee built her legal foundation in Las Vegas. She earned a J.D. from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2007 after completing a B.A. in psychology at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2002. Those years in Nevada schools set the backdrop for a career spent practicing in the state she studied in.
Her early work included a position at Woodrum Law LLC in 2016. There she handled a variety of matters as a lawyer and gained courtroom and client-facing experience. Two years later she moved to Schaefer Law Office, taking the title of immigration lawyer in 2018. The move signaled a narrower practical emphasis, as her caseload shifted toward immigration issues.
In and out of court, Lee has concentrated on immigrant and family immigration processes, naturalization matters, and other administrative immigration work. She represents individuals and families before federal agencies and in hearings. Her practice involves preparation of filings, client interviews, and coordination with other professionals when cases require additional documentation or expert input.
Lee joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2017. That membership places her among practitioners who engage in continuing education and peer exchange on immigration rules and procedure. She maintains her practice under Nevada law and works within the state’s regulatory framework.
Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She breaks complex regulations into steps her clients can follow. That helps people understand deadlines and potential outcomes without legal jargon. Clients often face time-sensitive requirements. Her office focuses on keeping matters moving and on meeting statutory deadlines.
Schaefer Law Office is Lee’s current professional base. There she manages immigration cases and handles related filings and hearings. She has worked on matters ranging from family petitions to naturalization, and she coordinates with agencies when additional evidence or procedural clarification is needed.
Outside the office she continues to track federal regulatory changes and court decisions that affect immigration practice. Her work remains rooted in Nevada jurisdictions and in practical case management for individuals and families. She practices immigration law at Schaefer Law Office.
