About Monica
Monica Walrath is the founder and principal attorney at Walrath Law, LLC, a firm dedicated to estate planning, probate, and guardianship services. With over 20 years of experience, she offers personalized legal care tailored to each client's needs. Her practice areas include estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianships and special needs trusts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995 and her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1999.
Admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar in 2003, she is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Before founding Walrath Law, LLC in 2018, Monica gained experience at several law firms, including Leib & Katt, S.C., Murn & Martin, S.C., and the Waukesha County Corporation Counsel's Office. She has been a member of the Waukesha County Bar Association since 2009 and served on its Family Law and Juvenile Sections from 2017 to 2018.
Monica's firm is based in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, and serves clients across southeastern Wisconsin. She offers complimentary consultations and aims to accommodate clients' schedules, understanding the demands of everyday life.
