Mitchell Luke Abdallah is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California in 2004. He holds and maintains an active license status. Mr. Abdallah is the founder and managing attorney at Abdallah Law Group, P.C., a law firm located at 555 Capitol Mall, Suite 766, Sacramento, CA 95814. His practice primarily focuses on business and real estate law, serving clients throughout the Sacramento area and Northern California.
Mr. Abdallah earned his Juris Doctor degree from Humphreys College School of Law in 2001. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Humphreys University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies in 1997. During his time at Humphreys College School of Law, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles, which has been instrumental in his successful legal career.
Mr. Abdallah's practice areas encompass a wide range of legal services, including real estate transactions, real estate litigation, business and commercial law, land use and zoning, contract law, landlord/tenant disputes, business cooperatives, business organization, and business formation. Mr. Abdallah is an active member of the State Bar of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to his legal practice, he holds a real estate broker's license and is affiliated with the Abella Organization. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Abdallah enjoys playing guitar, practicing hot Pilates, collecting wine, beekeeping, scuba diving, and traveling with his family. He is married with three daughters and is an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
