About Mitchell
Mitchell Chubb earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2008. He went on to study law at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2012. Those years set the tone for a practical approach to law: combining business sense with courtroom skills.
He began his legal career immediately after law school as an associate at Didier Law Office, P.A., where he worked from 2012. The associate role gave him early exposure to the day-to-day work of client representation, file management and legal research. In 2016 he moved to Paul Knopf Bigger, taking on responsibilities described simply as a lawyer’s duties, but in a new setting that expanded his professional network across Florida.
A step into partnership came in 2020 when he joined Sunshine State Law Office, P.A. as a partner. That position involved more than casework. It included mentoring younger lawyers, helping shape firm operations and participating in law practice decisions. The following year he launched his own firm. In 2021 he founded Chubb Law, PA and took on the role of managing partner. That move shifted his workload again, adding business management and firm leadership to his legal responsibilities.
He is licensed by The Florida Bar and practices in Florida. Over several roles he has handled client matters across the state and overseen litigation and transactional work. His background in business administration informs how he approaches cases and advises clients, and his time in firms of different sizes has given him experience on both individual files and firm-level strategy.
Colleagues describe him as practical in court and deliberate in office work. He has maintained professional association membership and kept active ties in the Florida legal community. At Chubb Law he combines practice management with client representation, handling a range of matters for individuals and businesses. He now concentrates on running Chubb Law, PA and representing clients in matters across Florida.
