About Milen
Milen Saev earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University in 2001. He completed his legal studies at a time when immigration law was becoming an increasingly prominent area of practice. The Vanderbilt degree provided a grounding in federal law and procedure that would inform his work in the years ahead.
He began practicing immigration law soon after law school. In 2002 he joined the Rose Immigration Law Office as an immigration lawyer. That early experience put him on the front lines of client work and administrative proceedings. It also exposed him to the practical challenges clients face when interacting with federal immigration agencies.
Over the next decade he continued to build experience in immigration matters. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2006 and holds memberships in the American Bar Association and the New York Bar. Those professional affiliations have kept him connected to developments in immigration policy and case law.
In 2014 he became a partner at Saev Hernandez Immigration Practice, PLLC. As a partner he has handled a range of immigration matters and overseen aspects of firm practice management. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee and New York, and he has represented individuals and families in proceedings before immigration authorities as well as in related civil matters.
Colleagues describe his approach as methodical and client-oriented. He balances casework with administrative responsibilities at the firm and participates in professional organizations that track changes in immigration rules and procedures. His courtroom and administrative experience spans the early 2000s through the mid-2010s and into the current decade.
He currently practices immigration law at Saev Hernandez Immigration Practice, PLLC and continues to represent clients in immigration matters.
