About Mike
Mike Allbee earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Arizona State University in 2006 and completed his legal studies at the University of Kansas School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2010. He took a traditional path to trial work, building on an undergraduate interest in historical research and argument. The foundations of his practice were laid in law school and refined in early courtroom assignments.
He entered practice the year he graduated, joining the Law Office of Ben Abbott in 2010 as an associate trial lawyer. The role placed him in front of juries and judges early in his career. That formative year gave him hands-on exposure to case preparation, witness development, and the realities of trial calendars.
In 2011 he moved into a managing lawyer role at Bailey & Galyen. The position combined litigation work with oversight responsibilities. He handled case strategy while coordinating file work and communicating with other lawyers. The stint as a managing lawyer expanded his practice management experience and offered a broader view of firm operations.
A year later he launched his own practice. In 2012 he opened Allbee Law Office as a trial lawyer and owner. Running a small firm required him to balance courtroom work and the practical demands of running a business. He continued to try cases while handling client intake, file management, and the administrative duties that come with ownership.
He joined the Texas Trial Lawyers Association in 2010 and has maintained membership since then. That affiliation has kept him connected to developments in trial advocacy and state-level litigation issues. He is licensed to practice in Texas and conducts his work under that jurisdiction.
Colleagues describe his approach as straightforward. He prepares cases for trial and carries them through to resolution. He has experience on both sides of litigation logistics: arguing before judges and managing the work that happens outside the courtroom. He combines courtroom time with the daily tasks of running a law office.
Allbee practices out of Allbee Law Office in Texas. He continues to try cases and manage the practice he established in 2012. He currently represents clients in Texas in trial matters at Allbee Law Office.
