About Michelle
Michelle Power built her legal foundation through study and early practical experience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Delaware in 2010 and completed her Juris Doctor at Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2013. Those years included internships and clerkships that exposed her to both courtroom practice and the administrative side of licensing and regulation.
While still a student and shortly thereafter, Power worked as a law clerk at the Law Office of James I. Devine in 2009 and served as an intern at the Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs in 2011. Those roles gave her hands-on experience with client files, filings and administrative procedures. The practical work complemented her law school education and provided early familiarity with state regulatory processes.
After earning her J.D., Power joined Ciccarelli Law Offices as a lawyer in 2014. She spent the next several years developing courtroom and client-facing experience in that role. In 2017 she moved to The Charleston Firm as an associate lawyer. Each position added a new layer of courtroom exposure, client counseling and case management responsibilities.
Power is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2013. Those affiliations reflect a steady engagement with professional standards and continuing legal education. Her early internship at the Pennsylvania Department of State also gave her direct exposure to occupational and professional licensing matters.
Colleagues describe Power as methodical in paperwork and attentive in intake interviews. She has experience managing files from initial client contact through procedural steps in state matters. Her work over the years has combined courtroom appearances, administrative interactions and the routine tasks of legal practice such as drafting pleadings and preparing discovery.
She is based at The Charleston Firm, where she continues to represent clients in matters arising under Pennsylvania and New Jersey law. Her current practice centers on client representation in state and administrative matters.
