About Michelle

Michelle Daly built a bridge from the study of the past to the practice of law. She graduated from Le Moyne College in 2005 with a degree in History, and she earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010. Those academic stops shaped the way she approaches problems: methodical, attentive to context, and alert to the facts that change how a story is told.

Her time in law school coincided with a period of practical training and rigorous coursework. Classes in doctrinal subjects were balanced by simulation and writing assignments. She left Miami with the credential and the everyday skills lawyers rely on: briefing, researching, and arguing a position under time pressure. The law degree was a turn toward practice but also a continuation of an intellectual curiosity that began in history courses.

After law school Daly moved into legal practice. She has been involved in the daily work of advising clients, preparing filings, and managing case details. She holds current professional memberships and has remained engaged in the organized life of the bar. Those affiliations have kept her connected to colleagues and to updates in legal procedure and policy. Her career has unfolded in private practice settings where the demands of client work tend to be immediate and specific.

Her work has required a mix of written advocacy and direct client contact. She has handled legal research and drafted pleadings and memoranda. That kind of drafting combines careful analysis and an ability to present facts clearly. In meetings and hearings she has translated complex points for people who are not lawyers. The combination of oral explanation and written clarity has been a through line in her practice.

Colleagues and clients describe her approach as steady and practical. She prefers clear options over grand promises. She takes time to map potential next steps and to explain trade-offs. That practical orientation serves clients who need decisions and timelines, not rhetoric.

She continues to practice law and to adapt to changes in the profession. Her current practice centers on client representation and legal counsel.
