About Michele Eileen

Michele Eileen Ironcastle earned her Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School in 2004. Before law school she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at California State University, Fullerton, finishing that degree in 1991. The combination of communications training and legal education informs how she approaches client matters and courtroom preparation.

She entered private practice and in 2009 established IronCastle Law. Since then she has served as owner and the principal attorney at the firm. Her professional life has been centered in California, where she is admitted to practice. Building a practice from the ground up required attention to both legal detail and business management, tasks she has handled while maintaining a steady caseload.

IronCastle’s day-to-day work blends advocacy and counseling. She spends time preparing pleadings and court filings, meeting with clients, and negotiating outcomes where that serves a client’s interest. Her earlier studies in communications are often reflected in her client interactions and in how she frames legal issues for nonlawyers. Colleagues describe her approach as pragmatic and responsive; she aims to give clients clear options and realistic timelines.

Running a small firm has also meant taking responsibility for administrative decisions, staffing choices, and the practical needs of clients. Over the years she has overseen operations at IronCastle Law while continuing to appear in state proceedings when necessary. The practice has remained steadily focused on representing clients within California’s courts and administrative forums, and on resolving disputes through a mix of negotiated settlements and, where appropriate, litigation.

Outside of direct representation, she has maintained ties to the legal community. Since founding her practice in 2009 she has kept active professional connections and participated in events that bring practitioners together. She balances casework with the responsibilities of firm ownership and the evolving demands of clients and courts.

Her current practice is conducted through IronCastle Law, providing legal services to clients across California through a combination of representation, negotiation, and client counseling.
