About Michaile J.

Michaile J. Berg earned her law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2009 after completing a bachelor’s degree in business at Arizona State in 2005. Her formal training combined legal studies with business coursework, framing her early interests in the legal issues that affect companies and commercial relationships.

After graduating from law school, Berg built her practice in Arizona. She is admitted to the Arizona bar and has remained in-state throughout her legal career. Those classroom years and subsequent practice put business law at the center of her work. The combination of a business undergraduate degree and a J.D. in business and commercial law supplied a practical lens for advising clients and analyzing disputes.

Over time Berg developed a steady practice handling business and commercial matters. Her caseload has involved contract questions, commercial transactions and operational concerns that arise for small and mid-sized enterprises. She approaches each matter by weighing both legal principles and business realities. That often means untangling contractual language, advising on risk allocation and helping clients consider their options before escalation.

Colleagues describe her work style as orderly and deliberate. Courtroom appearances and negotiations have been part of her routine when needed, but much of her work involves counseling and document work. She places emphasis on clear writing and precise agreements. Those are the tools she relies on to try to reduce future disputes and keep clients moving forward.

Outside of casework, Berg’s background in business informs her interactions with owners and managers. She speaks to financial and operational concerns in plain terms and tends to prioritize practical solutions. Her practice has kept her rooted in Arizona’s legal community and connected to the state’s commercial pace.

Her current practice focuses on business and commercial law in Arizona.
