Mr. Spiekerman earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, graduating in 1989. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of La Verne in La Verne, California, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. During his time at Western State University, he was actively involved in various legal clinics and internships, gaining practical experience in family law matters.
Mr. Spiekerman concentrates his practice in the areas of family law and estate planning. He represents individuals and families in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and prenuptial agreements. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Bernardino for five years.
Mr. Spiekerman is an active member of the San Diego North County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Family Law. He is also a certified mediator through the American Institute of Mediation. Mr. Spiekerman is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
