About Michael
Michael Schwartz combines an engineering background and a law degree. He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick/Piscataway in 1989 and received his J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1992. Those credentials shaped an analytical approach to problem solving early in his career. He moved from technical study into the practice of law after graduating from Widener.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Those admissions allow him to handle matters that span state and federal forums across the region. Over time he has built a practice grounded in careful case preparation and attention to procedural detail. He approaches filing, briefing and court appearances with methodical planning.
His undergraduate work in chemical engineering informs how he evaluates evidence and documents. He reads technical records closely and looks for inconsistencies that others might miss. That training also influences how he works with expert witnesses and consultants. He tends to break complex information into clear pieces and explain it plainly to clients, opposing counsel and courts.
Schwartz has maintained offices in several suburban locations to serve clients across county lines. He works from a Southampton office, a Perkasie office and a Delaware County office. The multiple locations reflect a practice that serves both local and regional needs. He meets clients in person and manages litigation and other legal work from those sites.
He continues to practice law in the same geographic area where he built his career and education. He maintains practices out of the Southampton, Perkasie and Delaware County offices.
