Michael Robert Parker is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999 and holds bar number 202861. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Parker is the founding and managing partner of Parker, PLLC Attorneys at Law, a law firm located at 1145 Santa Fe Dr, Unit 875, Weatherford, Texas 76086-3829. He has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients in California and Texas.

Mr. Parker earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 1999. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Pepperdine University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 1993. During his time at Whittier Law School, he graduated cum laude, indicating a high level of academic achievement.

Mr. Parker concentrates his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, including insurance fraud, insurance claims, bad faith defense, civil RICO, special investigations unit (SIU) matters, and other related areas. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving fraud recovery, organized crime, and bad faith claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Parker has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as a senior special investigator at Liberty Mutual from 1995 to 1999 and as a private investigator from 1987 to 1994.

Mr. Parker is an active member of the Texas Association of Special Investigation Units and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He serves as the General Counsel for the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association and is a member of the North Texas Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units. He is also a member of the Federal Bar Association and its Ethics Committee, Access to Justice Committee, and Military and Veterans Affairs Committee. Additionally, he is a lifetime member of the State Guard Association of the United States and the National Guard Association of Texas. Mr. Parker is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
