About Michael Reuben
Michael Reuben Plummer built his legal foundation at Liberty University, earning a B.S. in 2011 and a J.D. in 2013. He completed the standard coursework and practical training that accompany a law degree there. Those years framed his early approach to practice and led directly into a sequence of internships that introduced him to public-sector work and institutional legal operations.
While still a student he worked in the Liberty University Office of Legal Affairs in 2012. The following year he served as a legal intern in the Prince George's County State's Lawyer Office, gaining hands-on exposure to matters handled by local government attorneys. Those placements offered practical courtroom and office experience and helped him move from academic training to daily legal work.
In 2014 he opened Plummer Legal, LLC, the practice he has led since. He has maintained memberships in the Prince George's County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association since 2014. Those affiliations connect him to the local bench and bar and provide a professional network for referrals and continuing legal education. The business side of running a small firm also appears in his record; sustaining a private practice requires routine attention to case management, client communication, and local court procedures.
