Michael Pohl entered law after completing undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University–Commerce and earning a J.D. from the University of Houston. He took the conventional route through law school and into courtroom work, building a practice grounded in litigation and appellate procedure.
He is admitted to practice in Texas and Colorado and before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit.
