About Michael
Michael Pelagalli built his path to the law through two Midwestern institutions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio in 2012 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University in 2015. Those years included practical courtroom exposure that shaped his early legal instincts.
While still in law school he spent time in court and in firm offices. In 2013 he served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Christopher A. Boyko. He also worked as a law clerk at Plevin & Gallucci during that period. Those roles gave him a view of case management, briefing and the day-to-day demands of trial work from both the bench and counsel tables.
After graduating he joined Reminger Co. LPA as an associate in 2013. That position put him into firm practice and into the routines of client representation. Years later he returned to firm life as an associate at Coakley Lammert Co., L.P.A. in 2020. Each role expanded his hands-on experience with litigation, client intake and courtroom procedures.
In 2021 Pelagalli moved to Minc Law. He is listed there as a lawyer and remains active in the Ohio bar. His career has mixed firm practice and court-side work. The through-line is steady exposure to contested matters and legal drafting. He has handled case preparation, discovery, motions practice and courtroom appearances during his time in practice.
Colleagues describe him as steady and practical in approach. He tends to break problems into discrete steps and to prepare clients for the realities of litigation. That orientation echoes his early clerkship experience, where the rhythm of court calendars and decision-making processes left a mark.
Pelagalli’s professional life is centered in Ohio. He maintains ties to the state’s court system and to attorneys he worked with at multiple firms. Outside of court filings and client meetings, his work reflects the procedural side of lawyering: briefing, evidence development and trial preparation.
He currently practices law at Minc Law in Ohio, where his work concentrates on matters that arise in the state courts.
