About Michael Paul

Michael Paul Napolitano earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, completing the J.D. program in 2017 after beginning his studies in 2014. He arrived at law school after undergraduate work and entered a demanding three-year curriculum that emphasized legal writing, advocacy and courtroom practice. His academic record reflects the standard path of a recent law school graduate who moved quickly into practice.

After graduation he moved into practice in New York. He is admitted to the New York bar and has built his professional life around work in a firm environment. Early responsibilities included research and drafting, preparing pleadings, and supporting trial teams. Those tasks exposed him to case management, client intake and the mechanics of litigation support.

His career progressed inside firm settings where teamwork and steady trial preparation are daily realities. He has handled client interviews, discovery practice, motion preparation and courtroom appearances under the supervision of more senior counsel. Colleagues and supervising attorneys entrusted him with running discrete parts of cases, including deposition preparation, witness coordination and the assembly of trial exhibits.

Beyond the courtroom mechanics, Napolitano has participated in professional activities typical for attorneys who keep current with the law. He has maintained memberships in legal associations and taken part in continuing legal education to stay abreast of developments in New York jurisprudence. Those activities have supported his transition from a new graduate to a practicing attorney able to carry client matters from intake through resolution.

At present he is part of the team at Cellino Law, LLP. There he works on matters that require attention to procedural detail and persistent client communication. He handles the everyday tasks of case development and litigation support while also working on trial preparation when cases reach that stage. His work reflects the daily practice of an attorney operating within a firm structure and managing the practical demands of client representation.

He continues to practice in New York and maintains an active role within his firm, where his current practice concentrates on representing clients at Cellino Law, LLP in New York.
