In January 2024, the Washington Supreme Court suspended Ewetuga from practicing law for six months, effective January 17, 2024, due to violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. These violations included engaging in a sexual relationship with a client during representation and failing to fully explain a reduction in his attorney fees.
