About Michael

Michael Noone earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1996. He completed his legal education during a period of change for the profession. The curriculum and clinic work at Florida State provided a foundation for practice and for staying current with evolving rules and procedures.

After law school he entered the legal community and maintained professional affiliations that keep him connected to colleagues and developments in the field. Those memberships have been a fixture of his professional life, reflecting an ongoing engagement with bar activities and peer networks.

Over the years Noone has handled matters that required both client counseling and formal advocacy. He approaches disputes with attention to factual detail and to procedure. He places emphasis on clear communication with clients and on setting realistic expectations about process and timing.

Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and methodical in preparation. He values courtroom practice when warranted and the alternative approaches that can resolve disputes outside of trial. That pragmatic balance shapes how he evaluates cases and how he advises clients about risk and potential outcomes.

Noone also spends time on the transactional side of legal work. Drafting documents, guiding negotiations, and reviewing agreements are parts of a routine that complements his advocacy. That mix of transactional and dispute resolution work allows him to advise clients through the full life cycle of many legal matters.

He has kept an active presence in professional circles, attending continuing education and contributing to discussions within membership organizations. Those activities inform his practice and help him track changes in legislation and court decisions that affect client interests.

After three decades connected to the law, Noone continues to serve clients in matters that require both counseling and representation. As of 2026 his practice focuses on counseling and advocacy for individual and business clients, balancing negotiation and litigation when clients’ interests demand it.
