About Michael
Michael Kind trained in two very different institutions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Rabbinical College of America in 2010 and later took up law at Cornell University, receiving his J.D. in 2015. Those years shaped both his reasoning and his approach to the work he would take on after law school.
He began his legal career in 2015 as a managing associate at Kazerouni Law Group, APC. That role put him into litigation and client representation early on. Four years later he started his own practice. In 2019 he founded Kind Law and has led the firm since then.
Kind is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He holds memberships in the Clark County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Those affiliations connect him to local colleagues and to a national network of lawyers who handle consumer matters and related litigation.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in court and careful in preparation. He has handled matters that require both trial-level attention and appellate briefing. The mix of district and circuit experience has shaped how he evaluates a case, from initial pleadings through potential appeals.
His practice at Kind Law centers on disputes that involve consumer protections and debt-related claims. He represents individuals in hearings and filings in Nevada and pursues appellate remedies in the Ninth Circuit when cases warrant further review. At the firm he handles intake, strategy, and courtroom advocacy.
Outside the courtroom he keeps up connections in the legal community through bar activities and national association events. He maintains an active practice at Kind Law and continues to represent clients in Nevada and before the Ninth Circuit, handling consumer protection matters and related litigation.
