Michael J — Scionti is a Circuit Court Judge for Florida's Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, serving in Tampa. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 1996.
