About Michael John

Michael John Famiglietti built his legal foundation at Brooklyn Law School, earning his J.D. in 2011 after beginning his studies in 2008. The law school years gave him courtroom exposure and a familiarity with civil procedure and advocacy. He carried those lessons into private practice and into bar association work that would shape his early professional network.

Soon after graduating, Famiglietti entered the practice environment that would define his career. He is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Within a few years he moved into leadership at Rosenberg & Gluck, LLP, becoming a partner in 2014. That role placed him squarely in the day-to-day management of cases and the development of litigation strategies for the firm’s clientele.

Throughout his career he has been active in local and state legal organizations. He is a current member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and belongs to the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Those memberships reflect ongoing ties to the trial bar and to the legal community on Long Island and across the state.

Colleagues describe Famiglietti as a lawyer who spends a lot of time in courtrooms and in depositions. His caseload has involved contested matters that require detailed preparation and an ability to make clear arguments under pressure. He handles procedural work as readily as he handles trial-level strategy, often guiding cases from pleading through discovery and, when necessary, to trial.

At Rosenberg & Gluck, LLP Famiglietti’s partnership role has encompassed client counseling, case management and courtroom advocacy. He has taken on a range of civil matters, coordinating with other attorneys at the firm on complex filings and discovery disputes. The firm environment has given him opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and to help shape how cases are staffed and pursued.

Outside the office he maintains ties to the bar associations where he participates in continuing legal education and gatherings that keep him connected to changes in practice and procedure. His professional trajectory shows steady progression from law school to partnership, and an emphasis on courtroom work. He currently concentrates his practice on civil litigation, handling trials and pretrial matters for clients at Rosenberg & Gluck, LLP.
