About Michael H.
Michael H. Weiner built his legal foundation at Syracuse University, where he completed a B.A. in Political Science and History in 2003. He went on to law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2009. Those classroom years gave him the academic grounding to begin a practice that would move quickly from associate to firm leadership.
After law school he entered practice as an associate at Stilwell and Associates in 2010. That early experience placed him in the firm environment and led to a partner role in 2012 when he joined Stilwell, Weiner, de Vos, LP. A year later he established his own office and took the title of managing partner at the Law Offices of Michael H. Weiner, APC. In 2020 he also served as a partner at Slate Law Group, adding another chapter to a career that has mixed private firm practice with firm management.
Weiner became a member of the California State Bar in 2010 and remains an active member. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California. Those admissions have allowed him to handle matters in both state and federal courts across the region.
Colleagues and clients have described his path as steady and deliberate. He moved from an associate role into partnership in a short span of time. Then he shifted into running his own firm. The progression reflects a combination of courtroom exposure and the administrative side of running a legal practice. He has worked in multiple firm structures, ranging from established partnerships to a solo-managed practice.

Today he maintains the Law Offices of Michael H. Weiner, APC as his primary office. He has handled work filed in California courts and in the Southern and Central Districts of California, and he continues to represent clients through his firm. He currently maintains a practice through the Law Offices of Michael H. Weiner, APC, representing clients in matters in California and in the U.S. Southern and Central Districts of California.
